Prenatal fitness guru and new mom Sara Haley has designed a versatile prenatal exercise program to help fit and healthy moms-to-be stay motivated, inspired and of course, fit throughout their pregnancy. Based on her own experience with pregnancy, as well as training other pre and post-natal women, The Daily Sweat Pregnancy Program: Expecting More™ encourages active women entering motherhood to work to maintain their fitness level throughout their pregnancy. Rather than removing challenging exercises like hops, rotations and balance challenges, Haley has modified them for varying levels of pregnancy. She offers careful explanations of how to execute exercises safely so that viewers can make informed decisions as to whether the moves are appropriate for them. From dynamic strength training to fun cardio routines to more calming and rejuvenating movement, Expecting More™ takes expecting moms through a series of workouts that can be tailored to fit their strength and activity levels.
