Unhappy Can Mogulus accept another kind of encoders?

I've been searching for a software that helps me in my broadcasts.
I've been looking for something that lets me to have two or three cameras, titles, double screen, etc.
Something like Adobe Visual Communicator, but not scripted like AVC is.

I've found some other interesting softwares like Wirecast, VidBlaster, VJDirector.
But they can't encode in Flash format.

My question is if it's possible to encode in other formats besides Flash...

Like Windows Media, Quick Time or something. What can I do? Or is there a software that lets me to reencode or something?

Thanks for your help.
