Question removing graphics template

hello! I just set up my channel and it still has the "Welcome to your channel" banner with the ticker below it. I tried going back into the channel settings, but I couldn't find any option to remove it. Is there any way to get rid of this?

thank you!

I believe I've found a solution.

To remove the "Welcome to..." banner:

In the studio, go to the broadcast live tab, at the bottom of the page you'll see another list of tabs that say: Overlays, Full Screen, Ticker, etc.
Click on Overlays, go down to where it says "Add New" then type something in. Then hit enter and click "Show" (you'll see it popup over the "Welcome to..." banner), then click the 'x' beside "Show" to get rid of it and the banner should be gone.

For removing the Ticker:

Same as above, but go to the "Ticker" tab and type some text in, then click "Show" and then click "Hide".

Voila, problem solved.

This works for me, but I can't seem to get it to work for the video on demand.

Unhappy Same here, can't make ticker & lower third go away

I'm having the same problem. We need to address this issue ASAP. I've been through all the options, but lower thirds and ticker keep popping up.

As explained above, these are default graphics that can be managed within the Livestream Studio (www.livestream.com/studio).

Additional information can be found on our user guide: http://www.livestream.com/userguide/...otion_graphics
