Default audio issues for live chat

I want to do live chat. I want to skype with people on one computer and broadcast from the other; I have 2 computers;my personal choice for my voice is a headset but I also have 2 webcams and a standalone microphone; they are all very average; I cannot afford the procaster so I have to figure this out somehow and haven't been able to; I have no trouble with the video; but I can't get sound in on a webcam and then be able to use my headset mic (or any other combination which entails 2 mics). I have a very small budget but am willing to entertain the idea of different equipment or some kind of software. I have been searching for 2 weeks and can find nothing specific to my issue. Any help for this newbie would be gratefully appreciated

You can use Skype and Procaster in screen capture mode. Procaster is a completely free and can be downloaded here.
